Pan Stewart is located in south-east Charlotte, North Carolina. It is a small, home-based operation. Despite
its small size, Pan Stewart delivers on its iron-clad promise of
quality with big flavors, beautiful presentations, and fair prices. Lesley
has had a wide variety of positions in the food service industry,
ranging from volunteer barista at the Charlotte Wachovia complex to
food manager and chef of a national dart tournament at the Getaway Pub. She currently holds a position at Santé, a fine dining establishment in Matthews, NC. She
is attending the Charlotte campus of Johnson & Wales University
where she is working to obtain degrees in Culinary Arts, Food Service
Management, and Baking and Pastry Arts. In
her senior year at East Mecklenburg High School, she was a member of
the FCCLA Culinary team and helped her team win at the State level. |
